Enterprise CPG research
One dashboard for many study types
A major CPG company
We delivered a research operations dashboard on a shared database. The team can validate study intake, run statistics, export editable brand-formatted reports, and reuse historical studies for later product questions.

The situation
Sensory, consumer, and instrumental studies sat in disconnected files. Getting a new study into the live system still needed vendor engineering.
The live system already held multi-category research across consumer, sensory descriptive, and related measures. Two gaps remained: self-serve registration of new studies, and a path from historical studies into forward product-development questions rather than report replay only.
The approach
Centralize the study store
Sensory, consumer, and instrumental records move onto one governed relational model instead of scattered workbooks.
Make intake self-serve
Validated upload and registration paths let the client team add studies without a custom engineering ticket each time.
Analyze and export
Statistical models run in place, and the active result set exports as editable presentation files in the client brand format.

About this case study
This case covers the delivered research operations system and its analysis and reporting paths. Client identity, category detail, and environment-specific tools stay confidential.
Discuss a comparable system
Bring the research question, data boundary, and decision the system needs to support.
