Case studies

Technical engagements with major CPG research teams. Each case shows the problem we solved and the system or analysis we delivered, with client names and category details held in confidence.

Theus

One knowledge layer for data and reportsThe designed layer joins structured research data with reports and notes, and keeps source attribution on every synthesized answer.System design
Workshops that send every answer back to its sourceIn a two-hour session, the room works from one indexed report set, and every answer links back to its source page.Working method

Forethought

Expert transcripts turned into a quantitative product mapThe team left with a scored product matrix, a multi-dimensional map from those scores, and a product set chosen to cover the space for the consumer test.Delivered analysis
Many studies reduced to one hedonic mapFinished studies now feed one source-linked brief and a hedonic map, with target regions written so internal teams and formulation partners aim at the same place.Delivered analysis
Consumer-study design checked before fieldingSample size, product coverage, and questionnaire choices were settled in a locked field package before any field spend moved.Delivered method
Dashboard for virtual prototypingResearchers can compare prototypes, predict supported consumer measures from analytical or sensory inputs, explore input-response relationships, and export editable presentation output from one dashboard.Delivered system

Decision Systems

Automated sensory panel preparation and reportingPanel requests now enter in structured form, run through the team operating rules, and leave as stakeholder reporting without the daily copy-paste path.Delivered system
One dashboard for many study typesStudy intake, statistics, and editable brand-formatted exports now sit on one shared dashboard, and the team can add studies without a vendor engineering ticket each time.Delivered system
Plain-language access to structured research dataThe designed path turns a research question into SQL, keeps a working dataset that follow-up dialogue can reshape, and exports the active result set without another specialist ticket.System design
Complex portfolio rules moved out of spreadsheetsThe portfolio rule hierarchy now runs in an automated pipeline, and stakeholders can inspect the logic in an audit interface before production runs.Delivered system
