Enterprise sensory operations
Automated sensory panel preparation and reporting
A major CPG company
We delivered a workflow that takes structured intake, applies the team operating rules, and produces stakeholder reporting without the daily copy-paste path.

The situation
Panel preparation and reporting moved through email, files, panel software, and spreadsheets by hand. Scientists spent time copying data instead of reading it.
Observation of the live panel process showed high-skill staff acting as middleware: request intake by email, manual configuration in panel software, spreadsheet cleaning, and email-based reporting. The technical job was to encode that path as a durable system.
The approach
Replace manual intake
Requests and results enter in structured form instead of email threads and spreadsheet handoffs.
Encode the operating rules
Scheduling constraints, validation checks, and report logic live in the system, so the process does not depend on one person memory.
Close the loop with reporting
The sensory team gets stakeholder-ready outputs and an interface they can run day to day.
System shape
What we delivered
- Structured intake for panel requests and results
- Encoded scheduling and validation rules
- Automated daily and weekly reporting path
- Queryable store for new and historical panel data
- Operator interface the sensory team can run day to day

About this case study
This case covers the delivered workflow: intake, governed processing, reporting, and handoff. The company, sites, and internal tools stay confidential.
