Purchases under $5,000 are paid in full by credit card. Purchases and engagements at $5,000 or more can be invoiced net-30. New clients may need a purchase order for the first invoice, and Aigora can provide standard procurement documentation.

Engagements over $5,000 invoice in three milestone payments: 50% at project start, 25% at the midpoint deliverable, and 25% at final acceptance. You have 10 business days to accept each deliverable. If something in a deliverable is not right, raise it within that window and we address it before the next milestone payment is due.

The live AI Course offers a satisfaction guarantee through the end of week 2: full refund, no questions. After week 2, refunds are prorated against weeks completed. Every consulting project has a fixed scope and three proposal levels: Focused is the core deliverable, Standard is the full standard scope, and Comprehensive is the deepest build. The scope itself is negotiated against your specific data and category. If your situation doesn't fit any of the productized offerings, we'll quote a fully custom engagement on a separate proposal.

First-time clients have a $20,000 minimum, and smaller offers can be bundled to reach it. A useful first engagement needs a real data audit, a substantive kickoff, and room for back-and-forth, and smaller scopes rarely support that. If you have a $10K budget and a clear, bounded problem, we'll tell you whether it can be scoped within that number or whether we're not the right fit at this stage. Existing clients have no minimum on subsequent projects.

No. We don't publish hourly rates or bill by the hour. Every engagement is scoped against a specific deliverable and a specific outcome, so you know what you're getting and what it costs before the work begins.

Yes. After three or more projects in a rolling 12-month window, subsequent projects are 10% off until the window resets.

The client owns royalty-free perpetual access to all code and model weights produced in the engagement. We retain the right to use generalized methods and methodology learnings in future work, but never your data, your prompts, or your trained model weights.

Aigora is SOC 2 compliant: we follow SOC 2 practices, and our infrastructure providers are SOC 2 certified. Our own independent Type II examination is in progress. The report has not yet been issued. Currently, our infrastructure inherits SOC 2 controls from Vercel (compute) and Neon (Postgres). Default ephemeral workspaces use a 24-hour cache unless durable storage is explicitly enabled. Yes. On-prem deployment is an add-on to any enterprise tier: +$40K-$60K setup and +$25K-$40K/yr support. We also offer Aigora-Hosted Cloud as a middle ground: $15K-$25K/yr base, with you supplying your own AI provider keys. Both options support BYO AI keys to keep token spend visible to your team.

Consulting projects run 2 to 6 months end-to-end. Audits and assessments are 2-6 weeks. Most full builds (a custom dashboard, a Forethought pilot, a Sensory Intelligence Platform) are 10-16 weeks. Enterprise platform partnerships are annual contracts with quarterly business reviews and milestone-based deliverables throughout the year.
